We are El Californio. A small family-owned business out of sunny Southern California. Our story goes back to September 23, 2023, when we took a leap of faith and started this business. As beef jerky enthusiasts, we wanted to bring a product with unmatched quality and flavors inspired by our very roots as Californians. We started small, just a few friends and family who believed in us and supported our business. Today, we are still a young, small business, but we continue to build this dream as a family.
